WVU legal student Zach Osterloh, 30, a retired Air Force colonel who holds an B. degree and is also a retired Navy lieutenant colonel, was elected to the U. Senate on Feb. 17, and has been pursuing a Senate seat to become chief justice of Dixby County. Although he is also an attorney, Osterloh said he can't help but feel like a part of this community is not up for debate.
